Now in its 25th year, this festival brings together low-tech performers of all kinds, from musicians to street magicians and comics. These days, some events take place in ticketed venues, but true to its roots, many are free or "hatted" outdoor events where you pay what you think a performance deserves. 23 January- 16 February 2020.
