One of the oldest restaurants in Venice, Cantina Do Spade has done a roaring trade since the mid 1400s. The menu focuses on local produce, so expect seafood galore and plenty of fresh, seasonal vegetables. What’s more, it’s conveniently right near the Rialto Bridge but has pretty reasonable prices for the location. Be sure to try the stuffed squid, or order a bunch of different small plates (cicchetti) if you’re feeling indecisive.
