Da Vinci really was the original triple-threat. Most people know him for his iconic paintings (Mona Lisa, anyone?), but he was also an architect, scientist, and inventor. In his time, he designed a huge array of incredible machines, including a primitive blueprint for the helicopter. This museum is a tribute to his work and displays recreations of a number of his inventions. Head here for hands-on exhibits and admire the utter brilliance of Da Vinci’s mind. Open daily 10.30am to 5.30pm.
