Having a beer in a monastery might sound like a culture clash, but head along to Brauhaus Joh Albrecht and be prepared to be proven wrong! This microbrewery and beer house is set in a historic building in the old town of Bielefeld, and is a classic example of a typical German pub. If you’re really into beer, you can take a tour of the brewery and enjoy a guided beer tasting, too. Open daily 12pm to 12am.
