Tucked away down a side street, this excellent little restaurant is the epitome of a hidden gem, and a true locals’ favorite. Bookings are strongly recommended as both the quality and quantity of the food tend to attract crowds of diners in the know. Regional specialities are the order of the day, so expect Aveyron charcuterie, foie gras and Toulouse sausage, washed down with the excellent red wines from Cahors and Bordeaux. Open Monday to Friday, 12pm to 2pm and 7:30pm to 12am, and Saturday 7:30pm to 12am.
