ValhallaFest 2020
ValhallaFest is more than just an electronic music festival. It’s a coming together of a community, celebrating freedom, expressionism, and the love of art and dance.In an essence, ValhallaFest is a cultural experience as much it is a musical one. Think of it as Northern BC’s answer to Burning Man with the mission of helping ‘everybody to take a step back from their battle.’

Quesnel International Air Show 2020
The Quesnel International Air Show is held each year over three-days in August, making it a summer highlight for locals.
This popular event, also known as SkyFest, sees international aerobatic performers take to the Quesnel skies with stunts that will make your jaw drop. With everything from vintage car exhibitions to children’s games and market stalls, Quesnel International Air Show makes for a great family day out.

Coldsnap Music Festival 2020
Prince George’s Coldsnap Music Festival is one of the city’s most popular events, showcasing the best rock, folk, hip-hop, country and blues music the region has to offer.
The annual event is volunteer-run, passion-driven and promises to pull you out of your winter blues. Expect live bands, local stars and an action-packed schedule that celebrates Prince George’s musical talent.

High On Ice 2020
High On Ice is Fort St. John’s annual winter festival. As the region’s signature winter celebration, this event is non-stop frosty fun. Choose from a whole host of snow-based activities, including sledding, ice slides, cross-country skiing and rides on a horse-drawn sleigh. Then admire the stunning ice carvings, each meticulously designed to an annual theme. Just be sure to put on your toque and mittens before heading out!
If you’re feeling too cold for all the fun, then fear not! With live music, a large bonfire display and free hot chocolate to keep you toasty, nothing can stop the party at this Fort St. John classic.

Known locally as the ‘greatest show’ in Dawson Creek, the city’s annual exhibition and stampede is filled with fun activities for the whole family.
With an agricultural fair, chuckwagons and a professional rodeo, the exciting event will make you feel as though you’re stepping behind the screens of one of your favourite Western movies. Between the mechanical bulls, gospel music, delicious food booths and nightly firework displays, Dawson Creek Exhibition keeps attendees busy from sunup to sundown

Cariboo Rocks The North 2020
The North is Prince George’s biggest music festival. Taking place in the large CN Centre, this wildly popular festival spans three days and includes performances from eleven bands. Attracting local talent and international names, Cariboo Rocks The North is a celebration of good music, the region, and the culture of rock and roll.
Festival-goers head here to party with friends, dance arm in arm with strangers, and sample the festival’s fine selection of food and drink. However you choose to take part, this iconic event is sure to be a scream. Even better, the three-day ticket includes camping for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, so you can keep the party going long after the scheduled music ends.
