Their waiters are in tuxedos and they do a cracking tafelspitz, kaiserschmarrn and veal "gulash mit kaisersemmel"—but the schnitzel reigns supreme.

The Big Apple’s loss is Vienna’s gain, however, as this elegant NYC-style bistro now serves the hip locals of Vienna’s second district.
